Shipping & Delivery Policy

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), we’ve made changes to some of our policies, which may affect the services we provide.

BonBeni is happy to make the delivery for Dubai and Sharjah only at the moment, we aim to cover the UAE very soon.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually, our delivery will take around 24-48 hours to be delivered from the time you place your order.
  • Delivery: BonBeni charges 18 AED for the regular shipping order. No additional charges will be added in case you choose “Cash on Delivery”.
  • Free Delivery: A Free delivery option will be shown when purchasing 135 AED (or more). Please select the “Free Shipping” option from the “Estimated Shipping & Tax” bar on your cart page or from the “Order Review” on the checkout page.
  • BonBeni will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
